Job Description :


1. Acquiring clients, Lead Generation, sales generation and Prospecting, Client Needs Assessment, Sales Presentations,

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their insurance needs.

3. Insurance Solutions: Offer tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance products.

4. Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

5. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential insurance gaps and provide recommendations to clients.

6. Policy Management: Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring seamless service to clients.

7. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting corporate insurance clients.

Skills :

Graduation is mandatory


1. Industry Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales, preferably in a corporate or commercial insurance setting.

2. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

3. Relationship-Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess client risks and develop appropriate insurance solutions.

5. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and negotiate effectively with clients.
