Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition: Can analyze current and future staff requirements and
recruit quality candidates in the given time frame and cost.
2. Manages subscription to job portals and floats requirements on various
social platforms.
3. Also - enrolls multiple recruitment agencies, creates and maintains
relationship with the lead recruiters in the market.
4. Campus Recruitment: Liaisons with colleges and other institutes across
India to source fresh talent
5. Onboarding & Training: Plans and implements the induction of new
hires in a timely manner
6. Personnel Management: Conducts performance appraisals of the staff in
consultation to the management
7. Planning & Forecasting: Takes proactive initiative in forecasting the
needs of talent in corresponding Business Units, Reporting: Gives
accurate and timely report about the recruitment status.
8. Customer Relationship: Creates and maintains healthy relationships with
customers at the time of new hire deployment.
9. Alignment with Leadership and HR processes: Actively participates in
setting HR processes in consultation to the Leadership team of the
organization.
10. Employee Engagement: Create delightful onboarding and training
experience for the new hires.
11. HR Operations: Handling daily HR activities.
12. Team Building: Enhancing the employee experience and developing
positive workplace culture.
