Audit/ Bank Audit/ NBFC/ Statutory Audit

CA with experience (for NBFC Audit and Bank Audit):

• Should have work experience of statutory audit of NBFC’s  and Banks following Ind AS.
• Should have good knowledge of Ind AS and Indian GAAP
• Should have good knowledge of Auditing Standards and Audit Methodologies.
• Exposure of statutory audit of Private Banks will be an added advantage. 
• Knowledge of RBI Directions / Guidelines / Circulars pertaining to NBFCs / Banks is essential.
• Have worked on Tax Audits.
• Reviewing the company's systems and analyzing risk.
•  Analyses and concludes on the effectiveness and efficiency of the control environment.
• Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
• Review of internal financial controls of clients.
• Proactive in handling multiple assignments and teams.
• Should be responsible for finalization of Audit and Report to the Partner in a timely manner.
• Should be able to prepare audit reports including CARO for its timely submission to Partner for its review and closure.
• Managing client relationships and client expectations.
• Discuss reports with clients.
• Plans and regulates financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits
