Job Preference :

A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus).
Previous experience in Real Estate Organization is a plus.

Job Description :

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present products and services to prospective clients and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Strong customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
