- Own and drive growth strategy across sales, partnerships, product development, and customer acquisition
- Identify new market opportunities (product lines, geographies, or digital growth avenues)
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, campaigns, or new verticals
- Set up dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems to measure what matters and make data-led decisions
- Partner with marketing to refine customer funnels, retention loops, and lifetime value
- Regularly conduct competitive benchmarking and customer insight mapping
- Be a strategic partner to the founder—co-owning vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Lead cross-team initiatives that require coordination between operations, marketing, product, and customer success
- Design and implement scalable backend systems (from inventory to fulfilment to vendor management)
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and execution across departments with operational efficiency
