1. Business Development:
- Identify companies by creating databases, research their business, financial and sales needs; focus to get larger deals in marquee companies; generate fresh business leads; make innovative pitch presentations; structure win-win proposals, evaluate follow-on visits to prospective developers and design target achievement strategy in order to explore the full potential of assigned verticals.
- In short, front lining the business development efforts by building the pipeline, maintaining and mining existing developer relationships and cross-referrals across Real Estate sector /companies primarily in the C2C space that need brand building quickly and thus have a large marketing spend
- Enhancing Vibe brand and make wider reach to market on product.
2. Deal Making & Closure :
- Prospecting, structure deals, including valuation and negotiation; monitor financial performance of signed deals, troubleshoot problems; ensure legal agreements mirror the commercials; coordinate with concerned teams; perform due diligence, achieve Trimester and Annual Deal Targets and look into Exits.
3. Relationship Management :
- Maintain relationship with key position holders of existing and prospective clients and maintain rapport with internal departments like Sales, Legal, Marketing strategy with a long-term perspective and to achieve client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular touch with customers to add value to existing relationships - creative ideas, new thoughts etc.
4. Industry & Market Intelligence :
- Keep abreast with developments of the sector and create opportunities for Brand Capital - Should be aware of market dynamics and analyze and assess opportunities, threats, and solutions
- Be part of corporate strategic initiatives to start new products/businesses, grow existing ones, thought leadership, ideas.
General :
- Meeting the key decision-makers at the Developers/ financial institutions/investors and other prospective clients
- Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development, working alongside Line Managers in the group
- Manage the preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, flyers etc. and engage in rigorous digital marketing.
- Collecting data from the marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
- Closely work with the team and Vertical Heads in assessing client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
- Drafting the Engagement Letter - especially with regards to commercials and key deliverables and closure of the assignments.
- Build & Edit MoUs and pitch books.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, timely submission of proposals, and overall governance during the execution phase.
- Regularly collate data from the internal and external teams to compile and analyze data using modern and traditional methods
- Regularly collate all the real estate news and share the knowledge with the internal the team along with a monthly bulletin on the updates on each micro-market.
- Providing analysis and presentations to the internal stakeholders on competitors
- Identify the products & service opportunities for the company and assist in preparing a 3-year blueprint.
- Feedback analysis after the closure of the assignments and assisting the internal team with the market expectations and inputs.
