Field work – Residencial Engineer
1. Salary Range: 25k to 40k per month (e.g. 1 year exp. – 25 k p.m.)

This position is for residential engineer who
will cover 70 % service & 30% sales for Vapi / Indore & around area.

This person will support organization to
achieve the sales target & take care of service requirements of that area. He
should be familiar with Pharma Industrial work standards & process. in
instruments such as Air Particle Counters, Liquid Particle Counters, Online TOC
Analyzers, Filter Integrity Testers, Glove Integrity Testers, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
ü
Create new sales and marketing strategies that
target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for
prospective clients
ü
Manage customer relations by soliciting and
logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital
channels
ü
Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up
after initial meeting
ü
Identify areas where we can improve customer
satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible
solutions to upper management
ü
Using various strategies and tools to provide
effective solutions to customers' concerns.
ü
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other
technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
ü
Promptly following up on service requests and
providing customer feedback.
ü
Monitoring equipment and machinery performance
and developing preventative maintenance measures.
ü
Conducting quality assurance and safety checks
on all equipment.
ü
Delivering demonstrations to ensure that
customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
ü
Providing recommendations about new features and
product improvements.
ü
Monitoring inventory and reordering materials
when needed.
ü
Conducting research and attending workshops to
remain abreast of industry developments.
ü
Writing reports and presenting findings to
Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a
monthly and quarterly basis

Qualifications:
BE/ME/B.tech/M.tech/B.sc/M.sc (Electronics and
communication/Instrumentation Engineering)
1.
Experience Required: 2-4 years of sealing
high end equipments / Instruments to Pharma Industry.

a.
Technical Skills :
ü
Commissioning, qualification documentation,
calibration, repairing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical
instruments
ü
Hands-on experience in instruments such as Air
Particle Counters, Liquid Particle Counters, Online TOC Analyzers, Filter
Integrity Testers, Glove Integrity Testers, etc.
