Lead is responsible for managing all aspects of a company's financial
operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance. This
role involves managing finance and supporting organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Accounting Processes: Managing day-to-day accounting operations with adherence to GAAP, including accounting, taxation, compliances, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and administration, including liason with customers and vendors. • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Preparing MIS and analyzing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements). • Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. • Operational Planning: Supporting the development and implementation of operational plans with tracking of activities. • Reporting and Analysis: Developing and presenting reports to management and other stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • System Improvement: Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline and improve finance and accounting operations through technology and process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Education: Semi-qualified CA with Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting • Experience: 3-5 years proven experience in finance and accounting, including experience of independently closing books of accounts • Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance, accounting principles, financial reporting standards, tax laws and business understanding. • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. |
