Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Team
Lead who not only excels at delivering targets but also demonstrates the
strategic thinking, leadership, and ownership required to grow into the role of
a Sales Head. This position is ideal for individuals with team
management experience and a hunger to lead larger sales functions in the near
future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team
of 10-15 sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Drive end-to-end B2B / B2C
sales activities – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor team performance, set
KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews and training.
- Collaborate with
cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer support) to support
sales goals.
- Analyze sales data, build
forecasts, and present insights to senior management.
- Contribute to the development
of sales strategies and actively implement new initiatives for
growth.
- Maintain strong relationships
with key clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and
referrals.
- Take full ownership of sales
funnels, lead quality, and conversion metrics.
