AGE : 40 - 45 Years

Job Description :

 

1.        Handling / supervising all secretarial matters of a listed company with other group investment companies including filing of various forms on MCA website in time bound manner.

2.        Holding of Board meetings, committee meetings, AGM, EOGM, postal ballot resolutions.

3.        Proficient in drafting and vetting agreements including NDA, MOU, Legal Notices, Written Statements, Writ Petitions, Appeals, Case Papers, etc. for legal proceedings under various statutory laws and with NCLT/NCLAT.

4.        Coordination with Legal Counsels, ROC, RD, and Government officials.

5.        Handling disputes under Indirect Taxes at Commissioner, tribunal and High Court   level.

6.        Supervising direct and indirect tax compliance under GST and I. Tax laws including filing of periodical returns.

7.        Planning strategies, facilitating strategy meetings, supervision of other attorneys and managing outside counsels in various civil / criminal proceedings.

8.        Look after IPR matters like registration & renewal of trade mark, protecting trade mark by initiating legal action as and when desired.

9.        Ability to assess the legal issues and produce professional results while adhering to guidelines.

10.     Efficient in making decisions within fast-paced, high-pressure environments using experience-backed judgment, innovation, strong work ethics, and irreproachable integrity.

11.     Coordination with internal auditors, statutory auditors for completion of periodical audit and finalization of annual report, printing thereof.

12.     Communicate effectively with various stake holders.
