Job Description:

• Looking for candidates with experience in data visualisation, data manipulation and data structuring.
• Candidate should have hands-on experience in Tableau and developing BigQuery/ SQL queries to answer relevant business problems.
• Develop a Tableau dashboard as the primary owner and be accountable for the dashboard
• Experience in BigQuery/ SQL to develop complex views/stored procedures/functions, and has an understanding of data models and relationships between different data elements
• Design and implement brand scorecards to track KPIs, business goals, and performance metrics.
• Translate complex datasets into compelling and easy-to-understand visual narratives to support data storytelling.
• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements, validate data sources, and ensure dashboard accuracy.
• Continuously improve the usability and interactivity of dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure consistency in visual standards, best practices in visualization, and performance optimization of dashboards.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field with 5 to 8 years of experience in business intelligence and visualisation.
• Expertise in Tableau for data visualisation, dashboard design, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of data storytelling principles and ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in BigQuery/ SQL for extracting and preparing data from databases.
• Knowledge of data modelling and best practices for dashboard development.
• Good to have: familiarity with Tableau Prep, Power BI, or Looker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders.
