Job Description :

HR Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Admin Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Handle documentation, reports, and official correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, visitors, and office events.
Support smooth day-to-day office operations.



Experience:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR or Admin roles.

Skills :

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
Ability to handle both HR and office administration tasks efficiently.
