Job Summary

We are looking for a finance professional to join our M&A, Project Finance and Debt Advisory team. The role will involve transaction execution, financial analysis, client coordination and managing relationships with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute M&A, Project Finance and Debt Advisory transactions.
2. Prepare financial models, valuations, pitches and transaction presentations.
3. Liaise with Banks, NBFCs and other lenders for debt/funding requirements.
4. Coordinate with clients, lawyers, valuers and other transaction advisors.
5. Support negotiations, term sheets, documentation and transaction closure.
6. Conduct industry/company research and financial analysis.
7. Support client relationships and business development.

Skills:

Desired Profile

1. 4–8 years in Investment Banking, M&A, Project Finance, Debt Advisory or Financial Advisory.
2. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
3. Good understanding of debt/funding structures.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
5. MBA Finance candidates with relevant transaction experience can be considered.
