We are looking for enthusiastic, target-driven professionals who are passionate about sales and building long-term customer relationships. 
Key Responsibilities
 • Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound calls, referrals, social media, and other lead-generation activities.
 • Explain the Company's products and services to prospective clients and understand their business requirements. 
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers by following the complete sales cycle. 
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both online and offline, as required. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. 
• Follow up with leads on a regular basis to maximize conversion opportunities. 
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
 • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the Company. 
• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. 
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. 

Skills:

Requirements
 • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
 • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition in any trade finance company (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply).
 • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. 
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment. 
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.
