• Overall experience of 4 to 6 years. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX (mandatory)
• Must have at least 4 full projects experience, through go live
• Prior experience with working on fast paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies
• Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud and/ or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems

1. Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud per the design provided by the Team Leader
2. Own development responsibility from definition through delivery
3. Exhibit strong design and development skills
4. Orientation to contribute both as a mentor as well as an individual contributor
5. Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems

Functional Modules:

1. - Sales Planning and Forecasting
2. - Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities.
3. - Sales Territories
4. - Sales Quotes and Leads
5. - Opportunity Management
6. - Mobile and Outlook integration
7. - Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs
8. - File Import
9. - Security, Groovy Scripting and Object Customization

Note: Experience with Oracle CX, VBCS, DCS, XML, Java Programming, WSDL, SOAP UI & Webservices will be an added advantage.
