Job Preference :

1) Proven experience 1-4 years in customer support or technical support roles, preferably with a focus on Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems.

2) Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.

3) Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and collaboratively.

4) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.

5) Proficiency in using CRM software and support tools.

Job Description :

We are looking for an Odoo Developer responsible for managing defining architecture building teams and understanding requirements from clients. Developing reusable modules across the system. Defining and maintaining work patterns. Code quality maintenance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.

Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
