Job Description :

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Production Supervisor with strong computer skills to manage production operations and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities, supervising a team, maintaining production schedules, and utilizing computer systems to generate and maintain accurate production reports. This role demands excellent organizational abilities, leadership skills, and proficiency in data entry and reporting within production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Production Activities: Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Monitor team performance and productivity.

Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of production workers, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

Ensure Production Targets are met: Track production progress against targets and schedules. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain efficiency.

Data Entry & Reporting: Enter, update, and maintain accurate production data in computer systems. Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production output, inventory, and quality control.

Monitor and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that production equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Ensure Compliance with Safety and Quality Standards: Enforce adherence to safety protocols, quality control guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Troubleshoot and Problem-Solve: Identify and resolve any production issues that arise during daily operations to minimize delays or quality concerns.

Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with inventory, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate production processes.

Qualifications and Skills: ? Experience: Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. However, freshers with strong computer skills and leadership qualities are also encouraged to apply. ? Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer systems and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, production reporting tools). Ability to enter, analyze, and generate reports with precision and efficiency.

Leadership Skills: Excellent ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring they meet production goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy, ensuring that data and reports are updated correctly and consistently.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to quickly address production challenges and find effective solutions.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and management.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.

Education: SSC / HSC / Diploma or equivalent is required.
