Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Meet customer service performance metrics and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
