Inspecting Project sites regularly to identify the requirements and coordinate with the team accordingly and make the work done according to the work schedule. Get all the relevant details from the designing and the sales team before getting the hand over to proceed with the site. Plan the work schedule for the different Projects. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors / Vendors (False Ceiling, Carpenters, Modlar factory, Material Vendors etc). Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Maintaining an accurate record of Project employee attendance and to check the work is happening on time. Need to make Drawings of the projects if required. Will be responsible to finish the job on time and handover the project. Taking the requirements from the Site labors and providing the material onto the site and managing according to the budget. Evaluating the performance of the labors and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to project operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
