  Education - Qualified CA, ICWA for Commercial head

  Minimum Exp - 10-15 Years

  Preference from Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

Accountable for Accounts, Taxation & Commercials for Factory

• Maintain accounts on a day to day basis for the manufacturing facility.
• To process routine payment on appropriate authentication.
• Maintain Excise Record, VAT Records & Filing of compliance as Excise Return, Vat Return, Service tax Return.
• Get Audit & Assessment Completed.
• Filing of refund to Excise office against duty paid on Export under rebate.
• Claimed & filed application of rebate to Excise Department against Export under rebate scheme and duty adjustment in case of Import.

Accountable for Commercial aspects in Purchase, Supply Chain

• Manage & supervise the commercial aspect in Purchase & Supply Chain Management along with the technical team. Preparation of necessary paper as ARE-1, Packing list, Certificate of quantity, Annexure in case of Export under Rebate, Import LC, BG etc.

Accountable for Cost Control & Costing MIS

• Preparation of Stock Statements for Bank. Calculate & Control cost of raw material, WIP,finished product and present MIS .
• To participate in activity of cost controlling & cutting with the management.

Accountable to Implement

• Implement 5S/6S, ERP/SAP in Account, Finance & Commercial at Factory

Experience / Exposure

• Accounting Experience in Tally, ERP
• Excise Record & Audit Experience
• VAT Record & Audit Experience
• Costing Experience of Manufacturing Unit
• Import & Export Documentation Experience

Skill Sets

• Able to Understand Accounting Standards, ERP Finance Module
• Updated with Excise Rules
• Updated with VAT RulesCommand on ExcelCommand on LC & Documentation
