Job Profile and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide onsite and remote support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Participate in incident management and problem management processes.
Contribute to knowledge base articles and documentation.

Skills :

Strong understanding of hardware support and desktop support principles.
Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
