Role Overview
The Regional Manager will lead, manage, and grow project marketing operations within the assigned region. This role involves strategic planning, financial oversight for project fund allocation, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful execution of marketing initiatives. The candidate should have strong leadership abilities, analytical skills, and experience managing multi-city or multi-project marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement regional project marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and demand forecasting for project planning.
2. Project Marketing Execution : Oversee end-to-end marketing activities for projects within the region.
3. Fund & Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets allotted to projects in the region.
. Oversee fund allocation, utilization, and reporting as per organizational guidelines
4.Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor regional marketing teams, ensuring high productivity and performance.
5.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on project marketing performance.
. Maintain compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and financial protocols.
. Manage project documentation, fund records, and audit-ready reports.
Skills:
Required Qualifications & Skills
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
*Minimum 6+ years of experience in project marketing, fund management, or related functions.
*Proven experience managing regional markets or large-scale projects.
*Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and reporting tools.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in real estate, infrastructure, finance, or project-based industries (if applicable).
* Knowledge of modern digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
