Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 
 ? Manage and grow relationships with exporters, manufacturers, and business owners across sectors.
 ? Drive sales for trade finance solutions, export services, and SaaS products. 
 ? Conduct product demonstrations, client meetings, and business presentations. 
 ? Convert leads into long-term customers through consultative selling. 
 ? Handle end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, negotiations, onboarding, and account management. 
 ? Manage a high-value client portfolio and revenue pipeline. 
 ? Build strong relationships with exporters and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. 
 ? Lead daily sales activities including calls, emails, WhatsApp follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. 
 ? Coordinate with internal teams for customer success and operational support. 
 ? Mentor junior team members/interns and help build a strong sales culture. 
 ? Support marketing and outreach initiatives to improve inbound lead generation. 

Skills:

? Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, fintech, trade finance, exports, logistics, or banking-related industries. 
? Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
? Ability to independently manage key accounts and close deals. 
? Comfortable working in a startup and high-growth environment. 
? Leadership mindset with team management capabilities. 
? Understanding of exporters’ pain points and EXIM/trade ecosystem is highly preferred.
