We are Mumbai-based listing and onboarding edtech platform for academic tutors and extracurricular instructors for children in Pre-Primary to Grade-10.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for registered teachers and newly onboarded parents/clients.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through telecalling, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversions.
• Manage end-to-end client servicing—from enquiry to successful tutor/parent onboarding.
• Conduct virtual Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and ensure proper documentation
• Create and share demo report cards and learning updates with parents.
• Provide administrative support for all active tuitions, including scheduling and coordination.
• Resolve teacher and parent queries at the first level with clarity and empathy
• Support online and offline lead generation initiatives.
• Coordinate with the internal team for technical support if needed.
• Work towards defined targets and contribute to overall business growth.
