The Head (HR) at Education University, will oversee the HR department, implement HR strategies, processes, and initiatives aligned with the university's goals. - Lead and manage the HR department to align with university objectives
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives
- Oversee recruitment processes, including hiring and onboarding new staff
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop performance management and staff development programs
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and university policies
- Monitor and improve HR metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with university leadership to support organizational goals
- Manage HR budgets and resources efficiently
Skills:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in an academic or educational environment is a plus
- UGC is Must
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities
