Work Schedule
Six-day working week; rotational weekly off as per roster.
Rotational shifts of 8 hours as per below sight timings:
8:00 am to 4.00 pm
10:00 am to 6:00 pm
1.00 pm to 9.00 pm
Weekly off will be rotational based on the weekly roster schedule.
National Holidays and Festivals, especially in the high tourist season, will also be on a rotational basis, with compensatory leave given on alternate dates as per company leave policy.

Role Overview
The Travel Sales & Operations Associate will manage the end-to-end customer journey for Khaki’s domestic products, combining consultative sales and lead conversion with operational execution and coordination. This hands-on role requires strong sales skills, meticulous planning, and reliable execution to ensure high conversion rates and seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling, Sales Conversion & Revenue:
Respond promptly to inbound leads across phone, email, WhatsApp, social channels, aggregators and walk-ins.
Use consultative selling to understand guest needs, recommend suitable domestic products and close bookings.
Conduct timely follow-ups, handle objections, and own the sales funnel from first contact to payment confirmation.
Initiate outbound follow-ups for warm/campaign leads and re-engage past guests for repeat business.
Maintain and update systems with lead status, guest preferences and conversion notes
Operational Planning & Pre-tour Coordination
Coordinate with hosts, vendors and third parties to confirm logistics for all confirmed domestic experiences.
Prepare and upload approved events/tours on the KT website and aggregator platforms.
Finalise itineraries, confirm host allocations and ensure operational readiness ahead of tour.
Accounting, Reconciliation & Reporting:
Follow up on customer payments, reconcile event fi nances, and assist in issuing invoices where applicable.
Prepare timely reconciliations for host payouts, tour reimbursements and vendor settlements.
Report on sales performance, lead conversion metrics, and guest satisfaction KPIs.
Coordination with Marketing & Digital Teams
Liaise with Marketing and Digital teams to support brochure content, mailers, campaign launches and social media promotions.
Help with ORM responses, posting official updates (weekly schedule / WhatsApp stories) and supporting campaign follow ups for lead generation.
Customer Feedback & Complaint Resolution:
Collect and document feedback after tours. Probe and upsell additional relevant products after the experience.
Resolve complaints efficiently, liaising with relevant teams to maintain customer satisfaction and brand credibility.
Skills:
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related fi eld
2–3 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in sales, inbound/outbound lead handling, or customer relationship management.
Proven track record in lead conversion and sales closure.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication and consultative sales Skills.
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Strong organisational, multitasking and follow-up discipline.
Familiarity with domestic travel documentation, ticketing/check-in processes and vendor coordination.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, MS Office/Google Suite and online booking platforms.
Fluency in English; Hindi / Marathi advantageous
