Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics & Shipping Executive to manage and optimize our logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong connections with exporters and experience in containerized booking, shipping line coordination, and documentation management. They should also be capable of negotiating competitive freight rates and ensuring smooth shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Freight Negotiation & Booking: Secure competitive shipping rates and arrange container bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
Exporter & Carrier Relations: Maintain and expand connections with exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for seamless logistics operations.
Shipping Documentation: Handle all shipping-related documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), House Bill of Lading (HBL), Certificate of Origin, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and other necessary export documentation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade policies.
Shipment Coordination: Oversee end-to-end shipping operations, including container tracking, clearance, and timely delivery.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, freight delays, or discrepancies in documentation.
Market Research: Keep track of market trends and freight rate fluctuations to optimize shipping costs.

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding, preferably in an export-oriented environment.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of shipping lines, freight forwarding, and export documentation.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to secure competitive freight rates.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling BL, HBL, and other shipping documents.
Communication: Excellent coordination and relationship-building skills with exporters, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to handle shipping-related challenges efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with logistics software, freight management systems, or ERP platforms is a plus.
