Job Description :

Their primary function is to create profits for the company. Sales Executives should identify prospects, maintain customer relationships and identify ways to grow their sales figures. He should be able to convincingly convey the Features and Benefits of Company Products and Business advantages, profitability etc and create Distributors, Dealers & end users for the Company. He should be able t identify Market Potentials, opportuinities for increasing Sales. He should be able to identify Marketing avctivities required to increase Sales and conduct Sales Promotion activities in the area.

Qualification :

1, 28, 48

Skills :

He must have thorough knowledge of the cropping pattern, Sales seasons, Agri Impliments sales of major companies in the area, sales Promotion activities, etc. He should be familiar with the existing distribution network of Agri Impliments companies In the area of operation.

He should have own experience of appointing.

Distributor/Dealer in the area of operation and conducting sales promotion activities.

He should have experience of liasiong with Agri Departments and related government agencies for passing of subsidies, empanelment process and tenders.

Valid Driving License Own vehicle.
