Responsibilities:
- Monetization & Growth: Optimize video content monetization; drive subscriber growth, engagement, and shares.
- Content Strategy: Strategically schedule uploads; optimize metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails); stay updated on platform changes & best practices.
- Manage the monetization process for video content on YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Josh and other video platforms.
- Schedule video uploads based on our content
calendar and audience engagement metrics to maximize visibility and reach.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify
relevant and high-traffic search terms for video optimization.
- Upload video content to our YouTube channel,
ensuring that all metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and
thumbnails , are optimized for search and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics,
including watch time, audience retention, and engagement, to identify
areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on YouTube's platform changes, trends, platform policies and best practices for video optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase video views and engagement.
Artist/Influencer Collaboration: Develop creative content with artists/influencers; build strong relationships to leverage their reach.
Performance & Reporting: Analyze key metrics (watch time, retention, engagement); provide regular performance insights to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing for promotional strategies to boost views.
Qualification:
18Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media,
Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in digital media
operations, content optimization with a focus on video monetization.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Facebook, Meta,
Instagram, and Josh platforms and their monetization features.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms
such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and keyword research tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
able to work effectively with agencies, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to
detail, with the ability to manage multiple video uploads and schedules
simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and
the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital media and video content
creation.
- Proficiency in YouTube Studio and other video
management tools.
