Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monetization process for video content on YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Josh and other video platforms.
  • Implement strategies to increase subscriber growth, viewer engagement, and video shares.
  • Schedule video uploads based on our content calendar and audience engagement metrics to maximize visibility and reach.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-traffic search terms for video optimization.
  • Upload video content to our YouTube channel, ensuring that all metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails , are optimized for search and audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including watch time, audience retention, and engagement, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on YouTube's platform changes, trends, platform policies and best practices for video optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on video performance and optimization efforts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase video views and engagement.

Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in digital media operations, content optimization with a focus on video monetization.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube, Facebook, Meta, Instagram, and Josh platforms and their monetization features.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and keyword research tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with agencies, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple video uploads and schedules simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for digital media and video content creation.
  • Proficiency in YouTube Studio and other video management tools.
