Job Preference:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  

Job Description:

 Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, and corporates) needing CA, CS, and compliance services. 
 • Develop a solid understanding of services such as company incorporation, ROC filings, GST registration, ITR filing, trademark registration, and compliance management. 
 • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
 • Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with clients to explain services and solutions.
 • Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals
. • Maintain client data and sales activities in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). 
 • Collaborate with the internal CA/CS team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
 • Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
 • Attend events, webinars, and networking sessions to promote firm visibility.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal). 
 • Basic understanding of CA/CS services, taxation, compliance, and business laws (preferred).
 • Ability to explain complex regulatory services in simple business terms. • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. 
 • Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized.
