· This position is required in the Goregaon office, we require a person in KAM and he should be from the industry itself. Female preferred.
· One in a Sr. Manager capacity at 12 LPA with experience of 8 to 9 years and one Junior KAM person with ctc of 7 LPA with experience of 4 to 5 years
· As a Key Account Manager, he would be building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients with exceptional service and driving business growth
a) Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and aligning them with our services
b) Identify opportunities for revenue growth (cross sale and up sale)
c) Identify upselling opportunities
d) Take feedback from clients to enhance our services.
e) Handle concerns raised by key clients and maintain positive relationships.
f) Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Operations to ensure seamless service to clients.
