Key Responsibilities -

• Product Design & Development
• Lead the design of valve components and die-cast parts using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Develop innovative designs that meet performance, cost, and manufacturability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality) to refine designs.
• Technical Oversight
• Conduct feasibility studies, stress analysis, and tolerance stack-ups.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• Review and approve engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Process Integration
• Work closely with die casting teams to optimize mold design and casting parameters.
• Implement DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
• Support tooling development and troubleshoot casting defects.
• Project Management
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to production.
• Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and validation plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team skill development.
