Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with strong expertise in die casting and mechanical design, specifically in valves and pumps. The candidate should have in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on design experience, and the ability to work in compliance with international engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

·        Extensive hands-on experience in Pressure Die Casting (PDC) and Gravity Die Casting (GDC) processes

·        Strong expertise in die design and die calculations, including part feasibility, tooling concepts, and optimization for manufacturability

·        Proven experience in designing valves and pumps, covering component detailing, assemblies, and performance requirements

·        In-depth knowledge of API and ASME standards, with demonstrated experience in designing products strictly in compliance with these standards

·        Ability to interpret, apply, and ensure adherence to API and ASME codes, specifications, and compliance requirements throughout the design lifecycle

·        Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design calculations

·        Coordination with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.


Skills:

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in valve design and die casting manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and FEA tools.
  • Strong understanding of metallurgy, casting processes, and fluid dynamics.
