Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate should be capable of reading order sheets accurately and picking the correct number of pieces from cartons and carats. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and correct order fulfillment to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities:
? Read and interpret order sheets or pick tickets to determine items to be picked.
? Accurately pick products from designated locations such as carats and cartons.
? Ensure the correct quantity and type of product is picked as per the order.
? Handle items carefully to avoid damage during the picking process.
? Organize picked orders in staging areas for packing or shipping.
? Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
? Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
? Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines during operations.

Skills :

Qualifications and Skills:
? SSC / HSC or a related field
? Prior experience in order picking, warehouse, or logistics is preferred.
? Ability to read and understand numeric order sheets.
? Physically fit to stand, lift, bend, and move items throughout the shift.
? Good attention to detail and accuracy.
? Ability to work independently and within a team.
? Basic understanding of safety and warehouse protocols.
