Job Preference:

• CA/CFA/MBA- Finance with 2-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis and Valuation.
• Having sound knowledge of analytics and Capital Market.
• Meticulous and with an analytical bent of mind to drive to deliver quality and time-bound work output.

Job Description:

• Develop financial models used for the valuation engagements.
• Using internationally accepted business / financial asset valuation methodologies to perform wide range of companies, businesses, financial instruments and ventures.
• Collate the complete data pertaining to the assignment (through online interaction with client, desktop research and onsite collection of data).
• Considering the historical data, operating metrics to build financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct various analysis such as Scenario analysis (based on macro and micro factors), Comparable Company Analysis, Analysis of Financial Statements and information, etc.
• Conduct industry specific research and other research tasks, as directed.
• Develop valuation parameters applicable to other developing countries within Asia and Africa.
• Draft report, valuation analysis, management representation letters and memorandums.
• Track tax and regulatory developments in the field of valuation.
