Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth in the Wealth Management and BFSI domain. The role focuses on acquiring clients for SIPs, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products while building long-term relationships and expanding the business portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients for Wealth Management products, including SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other investment solutions

  • Generate business through leads, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and market networking

  • Educate clients on financial products and investment planning based on their needs

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets

  • Maintain strong relationships with HNI, retail clients, and corporate clients

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery

  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new investment opportunities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies (SEBI norms)

Skills:

  • Experience in Business Development / Sales within BFSI or Wealth Management

  • Strong knowledge of SIP, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Investment Products

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

  • Ability to work independently and close deals

  • Result-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
