* Follow up with vendors, suppliers, transporters, or internal teams
* Track orders, deliveries, and service timelines
* Resolve operational issues quickly
3. Documentation & Records
* Prepare and maintain invoices, challans, purchase orders, delivery notes
* Keep operational records updated
* Ensure compliance with company procedures
4. Process Improvement
* Identify gaps or delays in operations
* Suggest ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Help standardize workflows
5. Customer & Client Support
* Respond to operational queries from clients
* Ensure commitments are met
* Handle complaints related to delivery or service
6. Reporting
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
* Share status updates with seniors or management
