Job Description:
- Managing Team Leads and Frontend Sales Team in a given micro-market area.
- Training and supervising sales team while planning and implementing sales strategy.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction and revenue gains for the company.
- Maintain relations with the developers by regularly conducting meetings at our office and visiting their projects.
- Build and increase relationship with institutional channel partners, national distributors, financial capitalists and channel partners.
- Ensuring that the team is at optimal strength by recruiting team membes through own network.
- Designing and planning the launch of new projects & Planning events with partners for spot closures.
