The candidate must have his own conveyance bike to travel from one place to other.

Job Description :

Promote and sell gardening products such as plants, seeds, fertilizers, tools, landscaping materials, etc.

Identify and approach potential clients including nurseries, landscapers, residential/commercial property owners, garden centres, and retailers.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.

Track competitor activity and report market trends.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and client feedback.

Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and other industry events as required.

Qualification :

Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in any or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the gardening flower pots and accessories

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
