Job Description :

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Professional with strong communication skills to lead Pre-Sales, Migration Projects, Team Enablement, and Technical Support. This role requires deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 stack, strong client handling abilities, and the capability to deliver both strategic and hands-on value.

Key Responsibilities

???? Pre-Sales & Solutions

?       Understand client pain points and propose tailored Microsoft 365 solutions.

?       Present solution architectures, licensing plans, and demonstration sessions.

?       Collaborate with sales and architecture teams for proposal/RFP responses.

???? Project Delivery & Team Enablement

?       Lead and guide the internal team through project execution.

?       Conduct hands-on training for internal teams and end users.

?       Define and enforce best practices for configuration, security, and governance.

???? Migration Planning & Execution

?       Plan and implement migrations from Google Workspace, legacy Exchange, and local environments.

?       Utilize tools like BitTitan, MigrationWiz, or native migration tools.

?       Handle user mapping, data verification, post-migration support, and documentation.

???? Technical Support (L2/L3)

?       Resolve escalated issues across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, and device policies.

?       Manage support tickets, documentation, and Microsoft escalations as needed.

?       Serve as a trusted advisor for clients' ongoing M365 use and optimization.

Must-Have Expertise

?       Core M365 Services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Planner

?       Advanced Knowledge In:

?        Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): SSO, Conditional Access, Identity Governance

?        Microsoft Intune: Endpoint management, compliance, device security

?        Microsoft Defender for Business: Endpoint protection and threat response

?        Microsoft Purview: DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk

?        Windows 365: Cloud PC provisioning and administration

?        SharePoint Services: Site design, document libraries, metadata, permissions

?        Power Platform Tools: Power Automate (flows), Power BI (dashboards & reports)

?        Microsoft Visio: Process mapping, diagramming integration

?        Microsoft Planner: Project and task management for teams

Skills :

Good to Have

?       Certifications like MS-102, SC-300, MS-500, PL-900, or related

?       Experience with SMB and enterprise clients

?       Familiarity with Microsoft Lighthouse or third-party M365 management tools
