About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee the hiring and management of contract labourers across various project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract staffing, vendor coordination, compliance, and workforce management.



Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for contract labourers, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and deployment.

·        Coordinate with project heads and site supervisors to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.

·        Handle third-party vendors and maintain records of labour supply contracts, renewals, and documentation.

·        Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory norms, and company policies.

·        Maintain an updated database of all contract workers, attendance, and wage records.

·        Coordinate with the HR and Accounts teams for payroll inputs, attendance validation, and payment processing.

·        Conduct periodic site visits to monitor attendance, performance, and worker welfare.

·        Address and resolve any grievances or issues related to contract manpower.

·        Prepare and share manpower reports, dashboards, and MIS with management. 

Skills:

Qualifications & Experience:

 

·        Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

·        Familiarity with Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, wage laws, and statutory compliance.

·        Strong coordination and communication skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR software.
