• During probation, no leads/data will be provided; Sales
Executives must generate their own leads.

Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 10 Sales Executives in the assigned city.
• Set monthly targets, monitor performance, and provide
guidance.
• Ensure 150+ companion onboardings per month per city.
• Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Head Office for reporting and strategy
execution.
• Handle escalations and ensure compliance with company
policy.
