Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Piping Draughtsman to join our Piping Design Team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD, piping layouts, isometric drawings, piping materials, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed piping layouts, GA drawings, and isometric drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and modify piping drawings based on project requirements.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, piping layouts, and isometric drawings.
• Prepare BOQ/BOM and assist in material quantity estimation.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and required standards.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Production, and Engineering teams.
• Incorporate design changes and maintain updated drawings.
• Ensure proper understanding and application of piping materials and specifications.

Skills:

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Practical experience in piping design/drafting and engineering projects.
• Good knowledge of pipes and pipe fittings.
• Knowledge of SS, MS, GI, and CS piping materials.
• Ability to understand P&IDs, piping layouts, and isometric drawings.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and material quantity estimation.
• Understanding of piping materials, specifications, and project requirements.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
