This is a full-time office role for the Head of the Technical Department, based in Mulund, Mumbai.
The Head of Technical Department will oversee and manage technical operations for the Real Estate projects pan India undertaken by company for various financial institutions and AIFs.
Responsibilities include Cost to Complete assessment, Quality Assurance, Cost Certification, Approval Compliance, Variance assessment of Budgeted Vs Actual Cost and managing team of engineers located at project site pan India.
Technical head would also undertake technical due diligence, for real estate projects pan India.
The role will also focus on delivering innovative solutions while fostering collaboration across departments.
