We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage our customer lead pipeline,
coordinate with our telecalling team, and maintain daily financial and booking records. The ideal
candidate will bridge the gap between initial inquiry and final booking while ensuring all
administrative data is accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM & Automation Management: Monitor incoming leads and ensure predefined automated
messages are sent promptly.
* Lead Conversion: Successfully transition leads into the CRM system and assign them to the
telecalling team for closing.
* Booking Coordination: Maintain the master guest calendar, ensuring all online ticket sales are
reflected and updated in real-time to avoid overbooking.
* Daily Accounting: Maintain accurate records of the day’s collections, expenses, and pending
payments.
