Develop and execute sales strategies for valves
and related products in the East Region.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual
sales targets.
·
Expand distribution network and strengthen
channel partner relationships.
·
Conduct technical discussions, presentations,
and commercial negotiations with clients.
·
Generate leads and develop new business
opportunities across industries.
·
Regularly track market trends, competitor
activities, and provide feedback to management.
·
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and region-specific
business development plan

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering /
Industrial Engineering / or related field (preferred).
·
9–10 years of experience in industrial valve
industry.
·
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
·
Excellent communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
