We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to expand its global market presence, build long-term client relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth. The role requires strong exposure to Moradabad’s export house industry (handicrafts, metalware, garden & home décor) along with proven experience in international sales of home appliances.
Key Responsibilities
1 Develop and execute international sales strategies to meet and exceed business growth targets.
2 Identify and convert new global business opportunities across garden accessories, handicrafts, home décor, metalware, and home appliances categories.
3 Manage and grow relationships with international buyers, distributors, importers, and retail chains.
4 Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, international demand, pricing, and competitor activity.
5 Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, catalogs, and quotations tailored for overseas clients.
6 Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and close deals, ensuring compliance with export regulations and global trade norms.
7 Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, documentation, and finance teams for seamless order execution and on-time delivery.
8 Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and recommend strategic improvements.
9 Represent company. at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
10 Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships and channel relationships to secure repeat business.
