Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including account mapping, lead generation, handling customer enquiries, preparing proposals, negotiation, closure, order processing, delivery and installation tracking, bill processing, and payment collection.

Coordinate with the pre-sales team to propose the right solutions to customers.

Ensure payment collection within the defined TAT.

Acquire required sales certifications as per organizational requirements.

Regularly update the sales funnel and report to the manager on calls, closures, projections, and losses.

Interact with OEMs such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and distributors for knowledge updates, funnel discussions, pricing, and stock availability.

Possess knowledge of enterprise IT products, such as servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and data center solutions.
