Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the entire sales cycle, including account mapping, lead generation, handling customer enquiries, preparing proposals, negotiation, closure, order processing, delivery and installation tracking, bill processing, and payment collection.

    • Coordinate with the pre-sales team to propose the right solutions to customers.

    • Ensure payment collection within the defined TAT.

    • Acquire required sales certifications as per organizational requirements.

    • Regularly update the sales funnel and report to the manager on calls, closures, projections, and losses.

    • Interact with OEMs such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and distributors for knowledge updates, funnel discussions, pricing, and stock availability.

    • Possess knowledge of enterprise IT products, such as servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and data center solutions.

    • Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages.

    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

    • Persuasive and result-oriented approach with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

    • Polite, well-mannered, and capable of building strong client relationships.
