Overall Objective To manage the organization's human capital effectively, strengthen the company's brand presence through social media, ensure smooth staff administration, and provide efficient executive support to the Founder for achieving strategic business objective.
? The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions of the organization, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, administration, and HR compliance.
? In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, the role includes managing the company's social media presence viz Linked in, X Account, Insta, FB etc
? Prepare and schedule professional posts, company updates, service offerings, and recruitment campaigns.
? Create and coordinate employer branding and digital marketing initiatives.
? Coordinating meetings and schedules for the Founder, and
? Overseeing day-to-day staff administration and office operations.
? Arrange internal and external meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings.
? Coordinate with domestic and international clients, partners, and stakeholders regarding meeting schedules.
? Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documents.
? Act as a communication bridge between the Founder and employees, clients, and business associates.
Skills:
• Experience in executive assistance, calendar management, and social media management is preferred.• Prior experience in professional services firms, consulting, accounting, outsourcing, or global business environments will be advantageous.
The position requires a highly organized, proactive, and professional individual capable of balancing strategic HR responsibilities with executive support and administrative coordination. The command over communication skills including English fluency is a must.
