Z-3381 | Plant Manager

·       B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Production Engineering (MBA preferred).

·       7-8 years in valve manufacturing.

·       Hands-on experience in production planning, quality management, and maintenance.

·       Proficiency in ERP systems and production MIS. 

·       Lead and manage all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, stores, planning, and dispatch.

·       Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery standards.

·       Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

·       Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and process optimization to improve efficiency.

·       Drive lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices.

·       Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, castings, and bought-out items.
