Job Description:
· To control & lead team of Sales Executives
· To plan & meet targets for Sale
· To meet corporate customers with sales executives for on-boarding on B2B platform
· To travel & meet customers in respective markets with sales executives
· To devise & implement sales strategies in co-ordination with Directors & Sales team
· To consistently ensure & encourage sales on B2B platform
· To generate leads & follow-up with sales executives for successful closure of business
Qualification:
18, 38, 66Skills:
· Understanding of and passion for e-commerce and B2B platforms especially in the field of Seller and Buyer relationship management.
· Must have product knowledge of Yarn, Textiles
· Sales acumen and go getter attitude
· IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications
· Demonstrated intense customer focus. Must be metrics driven
· Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
· Excellent communication is a must
